AEROMACH Heel-Toe Shift Lever, CHROME
What great customer service! I purchased this chrome heel-toe shift lever for my 2019 Indian Scout. My ride has the OEM footbeds installed. The directions provided are straightforward and easy to follow. However, the heel portion sat below the level of my footbed. I called afterhours with my problem and requested return instructions. Early Monday morning I got a call from the owner stating that I should have ordered the extension kit for the heel lever. I told him that it wasn't offered as a kit, unlike the black ones, and wasn't aware that it existed. He apologized and said that it did exist; put me on hold, and verified that they had one in stock. He shipped it out immediately. I received it a couple of days later and installed it. Problem solved! The entire unit is well made, heavy, and the chrome finish is flawless. Now I need the snow to melt. Can't wait to try it out.
